the room was clean and everything worked. for parking, there were spaces in the nearby complex, though the payment process was a bit confusing (but i figured it out).
The window blind in my room wouldn't open properly. That was annoying. the bed was squeaky. Every slight movement created a loud noise. also, the walls were so thin i could hear everything happening next door.

the room was quite outdated the window blind was broken i could not open it properly i also found that the bed was rock solid and squeaked anytime i moved it was hard to sleep because of the noises it made

The staff demonstrated really good helpfulness! I also appreciated the proximity to the metro station, it made exploring the city simple.

The reception staff provided clear explanations of local transport and available amenities. The team were happy to help with directions! Staff were always available. They provided support and assistance throughout my visit. The staff ensured I had a wonderful stay.

the shower had a hole in the pipe making it difficult to use. the bathroom vent did not work, causing condensation to drip during showers. there was also no bin in the room, or an iron.
